Join our dynamic MRO team where you will contribute to rebuilding panes, brackets, skins, doublers, and more. You will work on Dash 8 and Q400 aircraft, assembling sheet metal components for sub-assemblies and moving across projects as they arise at our facility.

• Rebuild aircraft structures including panes, brackets, skins, and doublers.
• Assemble sheet metal components for sub-assemblies.
• Work on Dash 8, Q400, CL415, and CL215 aircraft models.
• Conduct heavy maintenance tasks.
• Apply human factors and fall arrest knowledge in daily tasks.
• Read and interpret aircraft plans.

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in aircraft structures.
• Experience with aircraft sheet metal, riveting, and aviation assembly.
• Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, specifically Dash 8, Q400, CL415, CL215.
• Understanding of human factors and fall arrest.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft manufacturing plans.

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft structures.
• Capability in damage reporting.
