Job Title: Aircraft Structural TechnicianJob Description
Join a team dedicated to advancing technology in military aircraft with a mission to Protect The American Warfighter. As an Aircraft Structural Technician, you will perform classified heavy modifications on various fixed-wing military aircraft, including the C-130 and P-3 airframes.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy modifications on fixed-wing military aircraft.
- Conduct depot-level maintenance and aviation heavy maintenance.
- Engage in sheet metal fabrication and repair using rivet guns.
- Interpret blueprints for aviation maintenance and modification.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 6+ years of aviation structures experience for those with military backgrounds.
- 4+ years of total experience required for candidates with civilian backgrounds.
- Ability to pass a sheet metal test on Day One.
- Ownership of tools with toolbox shadowing and etching.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in modification, heavy maintenance, and repair is preferred.
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
- FAA Drug Test compliance.

Work Environment
Operate in a climate-controlled FAA-regulated hangar. Flexible shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday. Opportunities for overtime are regularly available, though not guaranteed. The workforce is divided between 75 on the 1st/Day Shift and 25 on the 2nd/Swing Shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
