• Strong MRO experience required
• Corporate aircraft sheet metal experience preferred
• King Air or Raisbeck crown wing locker experience is a major plus
• Must have own tools and 3+ years of structures experience (Will look at candidates that have structure experience on GA, and Commercial aircrafts)

Job Description
This hands-on position is responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting aircraft airframe and structures systems, composites, and components. You will be working primarily on King Airs and potentially other corporate aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned structural projects, from pre-planning through delivery.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially the Quality Control Manual, to ensure safe and secure handling of customer equipment, parts, and aircraft during repair and modification phases.
- Accurately interpret aircraft blueprints and modification drawings.
- Coordinate resources, documentation, and communicate with necessary personnel, including management, to ensure quality and timely completion of repairs and modifications.
- Assist in structural repair and modification projects by providing skilled labor and techniques as directed by the Service Technician Crew Chief.
- Ensure all work meets compliance and quality standards by using approved technical data from authorized sources, including FAA and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily discrepancy notes, maintenance sign-offs, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) entries.
- Inspect, service, repair, and troubleshoot structural systems and installations.
- Use approved policies and appropriate manufacturer documentation, including maintenance manuals and illustrated parts catalogs, to resolve issues.
- Document OJT for personal growth and skill development as a team member.
- Actively engage in personal and professional development opportunities to enhance teamwork, trust, and leadership skills.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of structures experience preferably on Corporate Aircrafts
- Highly desiring experience working with King Airs
- Proficient in sheet metal work and riveting
- Ability to interpret and work from aircraft blueprints and modification drawings
- Own tools
