POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Use precision measuring instruments and gauges such as feeler gauges, dial indicators, micrometers, and calipers
- Perform repair of detail components by filing, stoning, lapping, and polishing
- Operate power and hand tools for drilling, sanding, and riveting
- Document evaluation results clearly and communicate repair requirements for work performed in-house or sent to outside sources
- Adhere to all EH&S requirements, FAA, CAA & EASA regulations, and company rules, policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives
- Follow procedures found in component maintenance manuals, service bulletins, ORIs, OREIs, drawings, check sheets, etc.
- Demonstrate competency with torque wrenches and thorough understanding of SAC torque specification SS9300
- Chemically treat repaired surfaces in accordance with approved data
- Review and interpret related paperwork to ensure proper identification of parts, operational sequence, and record information on appropriate documentation
- Drill, ream, tap, change studs, install Heli-Coils, and install bushings and liners by shrink fitting and arbor press

This work assignment has been designated as safety-sensitive by the Client. Contractors must complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to this assignment and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.
