Job SummaryPerform inspection, maintenance, repair, and reassembly of commercial aircraft structures and systems, with a primary focus on Boeing aircraft. Work from engineering drawings and maintenance manuals to support line maintenance, A‑checks, and heavy maintenance activities in a fast‑paced hangar environment.
Key Responsibilities- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble aircraft structures (wings, fuselage, landing gear)
- Perform cleaning and detailed inspections to identify wear, corrosion, or damage
- Conduct A‑checks on Boeing aircraft following approved documentation
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Support line and heavy maintenance on Boeing and Airbus aircraft
- Troubleshoot structural and system discrepancies
- Accurately document all maintenance performed
- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with technicians, inspectors, and engineering teams
- Maintain personal tools and support a 24/7 operation schedule
Required Skills & Qualifications- Entry‑level to intermediate experience in aircraft maintenance
- A&P license (or recent graduates / equivalent military experience considered)
- Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals and engineering drawings
- Hands‑on experience or training with aircraft structures and airframes
- Familiarity with Boeing aircraft preferred; Airbus experience a plus
- Comfortable working flexible shifts in a 24‑hour operation
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance
Preferred Experience- Airframe‑focused maintenance background
- Widebody aircraft exposure (e.g., Boeing 767 or similar)
- Military or commercial aviation maintenance environment
- Interest in advancing into lead or supervisory roles
- Willingness to maintain a required personal tool set
