Job Description
Perform maintenance, testing, adjustments, and repairs on aircraft equipment and systems. The role involves ensuring the airworthiness and reliability of aircraft by conducting thorough inspections and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections to identify mechanical issues.
- Interpret flight data to diagnose problems with parts and systems.
- Remove worn-out, old, and broken parts and install replacements.
- Test gauges and equipment during routine service checks.
- Inspect finished repairs to ensure work quality.
- Stay updated on the latest systems and technologies used in aircraft.
- Consult maintenance manuals for repair guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
Essential Skills
- Experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of CRJ and Challenger aircraft models.
- 2-3 years of experience in a hangar performing inspections.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Open to working any shift.
- Prefer experience with CRJ 200 or Challenger models or similar.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
