STS Technical Services is seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to support turbine aircraft maintenance operations in Stuart, Florida. This role is built for technicians who can troubleshoot complex issues, execute maintenance with precision, and operate independently in a regulated Part 135 environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and alterations on turbine aircraft
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Diagnose complex mechanical and avionics discrepancies with minimal supervision
- Complete all maintenance tasks accurately and document work in maintenance tracking systems
- Conduct engine runs, taxi checks, and operational tests as required
Regulatory Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Part 135 requirements, and company manuals
- Review and sign off on maintenance work within certification privileges
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and proper logbook entries
- Identify and escalate safety concerns or compliance risks to Maintenance leadership
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
- Minimum of 3 to 7+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong experience with corporate aviation and turbine aircraft
- Working knowledge of Part 135 operations and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues independently
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on Hawker and or Citation aircraft
