If needed, we can cover your hotel stay for the first two weeks—no upfront cost to you. Half amount will simply be deducted from your first paycheck & Rest half amount will simply be deducted from your second paycheck. Salary/ Hourly Rates: $30-$41/hr. (On Experience Basis) + All Benefits (401K + Dental, Medical, Health & Vision Insurance + Paid Time Off + Life Insurance + Retirement Plan etc.)
OT: OT rates would be TIME and HALF
Payment Method: Weekly
Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years experience with "Piper Archers/ Cherokees/, Seminoles" is preferred. OR Cessna/ Hawker/ Beechcraft/ Mooney & Diamond Aircrafts.
Note:
- Must be an independent candidate (able to work on W2/ Per Diem) & must be presently working in United States.
- Must be able to work onsite to any of the mentioned locations.
- Must be able to relocate to any of the Client's Location at your own expenses.
- Must have their own Tools/ Tools Kit which have to bring with them to the project.
- Must be able to work on Per Diem Split.
- Must be able to start within 2-3 weeks.
- Must have a valid USA Driving Licence.
- Must be able to pass 10 Year's Criminal/ Employment Background Check & Pre-Employment Drug Screen Test.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The A&P Mechanic is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of flight school aircraft.
The mechanic will be accountable for completing all work in accordance with Company procedures and requirements, as well as all applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Must have strong interpersonal and team building skills.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have the ability to read and understand technical data such as maintenance manuals, parts catalogs, engineering drawings, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.
- Must have knowledge of federal regulations relating to Title 14 parts 43 and 91.
- Assure that work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Must be able to be flexible and work all shifts on an as needed basis.
