Pay Range$30.00 – $34.00 per hour
What You’ll DoAs an Aluminum Fitter, you’ll play a critical role in fabricating structural components for high-impact maritime projects. This position requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret detailed blueprints while collaborating with a team committed to excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesPass required 3G and 4G aluminum weld tests (AWS D1.2 on 3/8” plate)
Interpret technical drawings to lay out and fabricate aluminum structures
Operate presses and forming equipment
Perform tack welding and fitting with minimal supervision
Follow industry-standard safety and quality protocols
Qualifications1+ year of hands-on aluminum welding or fabrication experience
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
