Description:Support production and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Requires the knowledge and ability to perform at every workstation in the assigned area, while maintaining work authorizations on all work instructions. Demonstrates both hands on and leadership qualities in day to day activities. Provides leadership and mentoring to other employees in the assigned work area. Always maintain a positive attitude. Work with minimal to no supervision present, ensuring product continues to move through the process. Demonstrates proficiency in all required skills training needed for production areas. Must have the ability to train new employees. Work closely with engineering, when needed on product rework, developing new processes, and changing any existing processes. Contributes to ensuring overall production goals are met. May coordinate with production supervisors to determine status of production rates and schedules. Reports all production issues to production supervision and/or other support staff as soon as issues arise. Must maintain an acceptable attendance record per Lockheed Martin guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires the knowledge and ability to perform at every workstation in the assigned area, while maintaining work authorizations on all work instructions.
Must have the ability to train new employees.
MSE program experience.
This facility requires special access and therefore all
candidates must be a US Citizen.

Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
