PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assembly & Test Technician to support manufacturing operations in a hands-on role. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
As an Assembly & Test Technician you will:

Assemble systems and components according to technical specifications.
Inspect and troubleshoot products to ensure functionality and quality.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of delivery and assembly defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications
Required:

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Associate’s degree in a technical field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr
Shift: 1st Shift
Subco Bonus Program: Earn up to $3,000
- $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
- $1,000 at 60 days
- $1,000 at 90 days

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
