We have an opportunity for an Assembly & Test Technician to join our Safety and Productivity Solutions business that provides comprehensive solutions that enhance workplace safety and incident response, improve enterprise and workflow performance and enable greater product design innovation. Customers rely on Honeywell’s connected solutions to provide real-time safety intelligence, increase worker productivity and enrich operational intelligence with data-driven insights that enable smarter business decisions. Honeywell SPS serves customers in aerospace, automotive, commercial building, first responder, field service, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, power an utilities, medical, retail, supply chain, test & measurement and transportation spanets, this role will be working with our manufacturing team in Poole, Dorset.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- You will have the ability to read, understand and work to Assembly Drawings, Parts Lists, Process Specifications &
- Standard Operating Sheets and carry out tests where necessary.
- Light electronic / general mechanical assembly & Testing, You will work as part of the manufacturing team
- You will be Hand soldering to IPC-A- 610 level 2
- Working safely within the team, conducting+ 1 safety observation per week
Qualifications
Key skills and qualifications
- You will have experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Basic PC skills and with the ability to hand solder
- Fluency in both written, and speaking English
- Job related qualifications i.e.
- PMO/ PEO level 1 or equivalent is desirable but not essential
