Join a dynamic assembly team responsible for constructing PCB boards using gages, calipers, and soldering irons. You will work on building circuit boards, cameras, flexes, and other sensitive electrical systems, ensuring they are free of dust and particles. Additionally, you will engage with software and smartphone uploads that form part of the controller for viewing purposes.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small, complex mechanical components with precision.
- Use soldering skills or be willing to learn soldering techniques.
- Follow assembly documentation and execute verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Maintain clean and orderly workstations and production areas.
- Communicate ideas and problems to technicians and engineers effectively.
Essential Skills- Experience in assembling hardware products in electronics manufacturing.
- Experience in IT or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in operating precision measuring equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience as an assembly production associate.
- Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) production.
- Skills in assembly repair, testing, troubleshooting, circuit board assembly, soldering, and electromechanical assembly.
- Prior manufacturing experience with circuit boards, cameras, flexes, or other sensitive electrical systems.
- Ability to execute tests with specialized fixtures and equipment.
- Interest and passion in world-class drone manufacturing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
