Per Diem: $110/week (for candidates residing 100+ miles from work location)
Take the Lead in High-Impact Aircraft AssemblyPDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to find an experienced Assembly Specialist ready to step into a critical, leadership-driven role. In this position, you’ll ensure the successful assembly of advanced aircraft systems and structures—playing a key role in delivering safe, high-quality products that meet rigorous industry standards.
What You’ll DoAs an Assembly Specialist, you’ll oversee and coordinate essential assembly operations while collaborating across teams:
- Lead and oversee assembly of components into subassemblies and final units
- Direct the joining of structural assemblies (metallic and nonmetallic)
- Ensure proper installation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Supervise fastening processes including riveting, bolting, soldering, crimping, swaging, and adhesive bonding
- Support testing activities using mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment
- Collaborate with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product specifications
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and drive efficient resolutions
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- Proven management or leadership experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
- Ability and willingness to work any shift
- Strong understanding of complex assembly processes and production workflows
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous aircraft assembly experience
- Familiarity with aerospace systems and structures
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a production setting

Pay Details: $62.00 to $65.00 per hour
