Job Description:

Company:Initial Contract is with Safran China Shanghai Branch.The Final Company will be a joint venture between a Safran Group company and a Chinese aviation company with the goal of providing services in support of an existing Airframer. Main department Production – Assembly / Disassembly Production – Sanding / PaintingDescription of the mission:•Assembling (install or disassemble), testing, system checks, and troubleshooting of engine equipment, engine systems, nacelle components, or equipment (hydraulic system, ventilation/air system, electrical harnesses) using all the recommended means and instructions and respecting the Quality, HSE and planning requirements.•Carry out IPS (Integrated Propulsive System) collection kitting or other logistics, warehousing, or packaging activities in accordance with with production drawings and bill of materials.•May perform sanding, painting, and/or rigging of nacelle components.•May need to deliver and/or installation engine or nacelle components at the end customer.•Perform all work assigned in accordance with approved dataoEnsure complete and proper documentation of work performed for complete traceabilityoEnsure that all maintenance performed is in an airworthy conditionoMaking sure of the availability and the conformity of the documentation (complete file and coherent indices) necessary for the realization of the operation of assembly and / or dismantlingoClearly completing the associated documents, which aim in particular to guarantee the traceability of the operations carried out•Maintains the premises and the repair station in a clean and organized manneroMaking sure of the availability, cleanliness and the validity of the means of production, the products used and the parts necessary for the realization of the operation of assembly and / or disassemblyoCarry out Level 1 maintenance of equipmentoMake recommendations on how to improve the HSE environmentoPut forward technical or other proposals to improve the work environment and industrial performance indicators•Participating in continuous improvement actions of the production process and contribute to 5S activities in the shop and warehouse.•Performs additional duties as requested by the manager personnel

Job Requirements:

Candidate profile:-Must have experience of assembly/disassembly and a good technical knowledge of commercial aircraft engines. Qualifications-MandatoryoBetween 5 and 10 years of experience in aviation,Preferably an CCAR-145 approved engine repair facility or OEM Engine Assembly Facility in ChinaGeneral aeronautical knowledgeRespect of quality standards and tools of continuous improvementoExperience in an aviation production environment and knowledge of the regulatory frameworkKnowledge the techniques of adjustment, assembly and installationUnderstanding technical documents (ranges, instruction sheets)Appreciation of precision work and manipulation of materials and tools with dexterityoStrong interpersonal skillsCommunication skills, report writing and presentation skillsAutonomy in the respect of the modus operandi Appreciate to work in team, good relationship, attentive, rigorous and carefulEngagement and sense of responsibility. Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills.oProven leadership skills and the ability to mobilize teams around a common goal and to work independentlyoUnderstanding of HSE and FOD requirements in aviationLocalisation:Shanghai (CHINA) within Lingang Large Aircraft Park within the Lingang FTZ. Some missions or training within China in France may be required.
