Our new teacher training program will support you as you transition from aircraft maintenance expert to aircraft maintenance educator. We also have materials ready to help you brush up on the basics!

Compensation: Up to $41/hour + $5000 Sign-on Bonus (for those hired by 7/1/2026) + $2,500 Relocation for qualified out of area candidates!

Schedule Options: 4 or 5 days per week depending on campus needs and candidate preference. 

• AM: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: Off 
• PM: Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM | Friday: Off 

About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Aircraft Mechanic Instructor to prepare students for successful careers in aircraft maintenance by delivering our FAA-aligned curriculum through high quality instruction, demonstrating hands-on techniques and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. 

This is a chance to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of aviation professionals. 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Associate degree in a related field preferred
• At least three (3) years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience 

Skillset 

• Strong command of aircraft maintenance systems and procedures with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning  
• Experience with and openness to learning Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
• Flexibility to work outside scheduled hours as needed   

Licensure  

• FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate
