Azure Flight Support is hiring Aviation Maintenance Technicians (A&P) to join our growing maintenance operation at Crossville Airport (CSV). This is a day-shift, stable shop environment with a long-term vision to grow people—not churn mechanics.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
- Monday–Friday 0800-1630
- Overtime available but not mandatory
- After-hours/weekend callouts paid with 4-hour minimum guarantee
This is a home-every-night position, not a road-warrior job.
Aircraft & Maintenance Work:
- Primarily piston aircraft:
- Cessna, Piper, Cirrus, Beechcraft
- Single- and twin-engine aircraft
- Support of turboprop/jet charter aircraft
- Maintenance includes:
- Annual inspections
- Structural repairs
- Non-routine maintenance
Turbine experience is a plus, but not required.
We are intentionally transitioning into turbine and jet aircraft and will train the right people.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay: $25–$35+ per hour (A&P), $35-$50 (IA) , based on experience
