🚀 A&P Mechanic Opportunity – Travel, Growth & Long-Term Potential.
Location:
- Initial 1-week training in Denver, CO
- Temporary assignment at Muskegon, MI Airport (2–3 months)
- Return to Denver for potential full-time employment
About the Role:
We are expanding our routes and are looking for a skilled and motivated A&P Mechanic with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, travel, and grow into a long-term role with one of the fastest-growing regional airlines.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Embraer aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate directly with pilots to ensure aircraft readiness and safety
- Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate and compliant aircraft maintenance records
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of A&P experience
- A&P License required
- Strong knowledge of Embraer aircraft and Gen Fam certifications (highly preferred)
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Aircraft repair and maintenance
- Aviation troubleshooting
- Familiarity with jet engines and airframe systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
