This on‑site role in Salina, KS involves performing heavy maintenance and repair on CRJ and ERJ aircraft. The technician will troubleshoot aircraft systems, complete operational and functional checks, and support a wide range of servicing and repair tasks to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.

• Perform heavy maintenance and repair on CRJ and ERJ aircraft
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and conduct operational and functional checks
• Service oil, tires, fuel, and hydraulic systems
• Provide nitrogen and oxygen servicing
• Inspect and repair pitot‑static systems and perform battery servicing
• Carry out structural repairs, including sheet metal work, riveting, patching, and composite/fiberglass repairs
• Support maintenance on additional aircraft types such as Airbus, Boeing, Beechcraft, Cessna, and others
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• FAA A&P License or a minimum of 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience
• Must provide own tools

• Pay: $34/hr
• Per Diem: Available for candidates 75+ Miles away

• Must be flexible with shift assignments
• Overtime required; current workload averages ~50 hours per week

• 9‑month Contract‑to‑Hire opportunity
