Job Title: Avionics Technician + Benefits on Day 1

- No license required
- Adhere to general work requirements
- Repair, modify and service aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment with limited supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
- Operate ground support equipment
- Ability to operate industrial vehicles and equipment (scissor/boom lift, forklift, etc.)
- Comply with environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform work in a safe and timely manner
- Own and maintain hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools Read and understand electrical engineering drawings
- Perform aircraft inspections with appropriate oversight
- Basic PC skills
- Minimum of 4 years of aviation experience, including at least 2 years in corporate/business aviation
- Strong experience troubleshooting avionics systems
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Must own a basic tool kit; toolbox must be shadowed in accordance with quality standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Starlink systems is a plus, but not required
