Asa BA Field Service II Automation and Lighting Technician here at Honeywell, youwill play a critical role in providing advanced technical support and expertisefor our customers in the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will beresponsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues relatedto automation and lighting systems, ensuring the successful implementation ofour solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitmentto excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field serviceoperations and the growth of our business.

You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and youllwork out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role,you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customersoperations by providing exceptional technical support and service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to automation andlighting systems for our customers
  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our BA solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementationof our solutions
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and providerecommendations for improvement

YOUMUST HAVE:

  • Associates degree from an accredited institution in a technical disciplinesuch as Electrical Engineering or related field or demonstrate equivalentpractical field experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in field service applications, with afocus on automation and lighting systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation and lightingtechnologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and execution.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
