Business Controller Logistic & Quality (m/w/d)

Du arbeitest in der größten Produktionsstätte für zivile Flugzeuge in Hamburg. Durch die Lage am südlichen Elbufer besteht die Möglichkeit, mit der Fähre zu pendeln. Erlebe in deiner Freizeit das besondere Flair Hamburgs, wo pulsierende Weltstadt Kultur auf nautisches Erbe trifft.

• Du bist die Finanz-Schnittstelle für das zentrale Management Team für Logistic & Quality

• Du bist verantwortlich für die Konsolidierung von Airbus Aerostructures für Logistic & Quality

• Du konsolidierst die Finanzplanung, setzt Ziele und erstellst Prognosen.

• Du analysierst tatsächliche Kosten und identifizierst Risiken und Chancen, um auf die Ziele zuzusteuern.

• Du erstellst präzise, pragmatische und aussagekräftige Berichte, um die Entscheidungsfindung zu erleichtern und voranzutreiben.

• Du ermöglichst strategische Entscheidungen, indem du Geschäftsfälle und Sensitivitätsstudien förderst und Stakeholder aus verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen abgleichst

• Du hast einen Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Finanzen/Controlling oder einem ähnlichen Studienbereich

• Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Produktion, in Fertigungsprozessen und/oder der Fertigung Supply-Chain

• Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Datenanalyse Fähigkeiten

• Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen/Stakeholdern

• Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Business Controller Logistic & Quality (d/f/m).

Putting hard figures in the right business context, while challenging and advising the Head of Quality of Airbus Aerostructures, the Business Controller (d/f/m) plays a key role in decision making and paving the way for lean and standardized Logistic & Quality processes across all sites of Airbus Aerostructures GmbH.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg and strongly connected to all other ASA production sites and functions where Quality matters. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. • You are the financial front desk for Logistic & Quality central management team

• Your are responsible for the consolidation of Airbus Aerostructures for Logistic & Quality   

• You consolidate the financial planning, establish targets, and provide forecast

• You analyze actual cost and identify risks & opportunities to converge to targets

• You establish accurate, pragmatic and meaningful reports to facilitate and drive decision making

• You enable strategic decisions by promoting business cases and sensitivity studies, aligning stakeholders from multiple business functions

• You have a university degree in Finance/Controlling or a similar field of study

• Strong experience in Production, Manufacturing Processes and/or Supply Chain Manufacturing

• You have strong data analysis skills

• You are experienced in managing different stakeholders

• You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
