- Conduct aircraft quality assurance inspections and manage quality assurance programs
- Possess a minimum of six (6) years experience within the last eight (8) years actual hands-on experience with H-53 aircraft systems to including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, structural, communication and navigation systems and subsystems pertaining to the H-53 aircraft.
- Possess a minimum of two (2) years within the last four (4) years as a Quality Assurance Inspector (QAR, CDQAR, CDI) on the H-53
- Shall demonstrate recent experience, within the last three (3) years, with aircraft engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) (COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series), and Quality Assurance programs.

- Must be able to climb ladders, stairs and portable stands and navigate these without assistance.
Must be able to work at heights 70 feet above the ground, in: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, chemicals, odors, dust. - Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, balance, push, pull, kneel, grasp, crouch, crawl, work in narrow aisles/passageways, and work in close spaces that restrict movement including aircraft fuel tanks for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to stand for sustained periods of time.
- Must be able to work primarily with fingers such as picking, pinching.
- Must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts.
- Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 50 pounds.
