* 2 - 4 years of experience with IPC-A-610
* 2 - 4 years of experience with IPC-J-STD
* 2 - 4 years of experience with Visual Inspection
* 1 - 2 years of experience with Documentation Skills
* 1 - 2 years of experience with Measurement Standards
* Minimum 2 years of experience performing visual solder inspection on circuit card assemblies
* Minimum 1 year of experience inspecting conformal coating on circuit card assemblies
* Demonstrate the ability to identify non-conformances per applicable documentation and specifications
* Interpret drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC standards, revision control documents, reference documents, and work instructions
* Navigate and utilize personal computers proficiently
* Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Interface effectively and diplomatically with all levels of operations when addressing quality defects
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
* Inspect solder connections for SMT and through-hole applications in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 requirements
* Examine conformal coating applications on circuit card assemblies
* Utilize predetermined inspection methods, operations, and prescribed specifications during inspection activities
* Review drawings and written inspection instructions to verify product compliance
* Operate measuring devices, including dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, and related equipment
* Perform 100% visual inspection of circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications
* Identify and document non-conformances in accordance with applicable requirements
* Verify compliance with IPC standards and related reference documentation
* Support quality objectives through adherence to established inspection processes Physical Requirements & Environment
* Work under a microscope for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours
