JOB TITLE: Cable Inspector - 1st Shift
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $23/hour

Job Details:
Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Shift: 3:30 PM 2:00 AM EST, Monday Thursday (Overtime may be required on weekends)
Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Perform visual and mechanical inspection of cable assemblies using blueprints, diagrams, scales, and micrometers.
Identify non-conformances in accordance with IPC-A-620 and other relevant standards.
Accept, reject, or rework units based on inspection results.
Document and communicate quality issues clearly with assemblers, engineers, and management.
Interpret and work from drawings, parts lists, revision-controlled documents, and work instructions.
Perform basic assembly tasks in assigned inspection areas as needed.
Monitor quality using statistical or control procedures.
Requirements:
Experience inspecting cable assemblies per IPC-A-620.
Prior inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents.
Proficiency with computers and modern applications.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to interface diplomatically with multiple departments.
Must pass a medical screening exam.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
