As a Chief Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of aircraft. You will oversee and perform inspections, maintain compliance with FAA Part 145 regulations, and mentor maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee aircraft inspections in accordance with FAA Part 145 regulations.
• Ensure airworthiness and approve return-to-service documentation.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate with management to optimize workflow and inspection schedules.

• Current FAA Inspection Authorization (IA).
• Extensive experience in a Part 145 Repair Station environment.
• Strong proficiency with PT6 engines and King Air aircraft.
• In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and quality control standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, inspection authorization, and general aviation.
• Experience with A&P license, airframe, repair, aviation, turboprop, and FAA repair station.
• Familiarity with inspection equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate: $50–$65/hr.
