- Possess a Mechanics certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
- Minimum three years experience in aircraft maintenance and alteration of turbo fan powered business aircraft.
- Trained in or experience with the methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment and tools used to perform aircraft maintenance and alterations.
- Thoroughly familiar with the applicable regulations and proficient in the use of the various inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment and tools appropriate for the work being performed and approved for return to service.
- Specific working knowledge of FAR 43, FAR 145, FAR 91 subpart E.
- Specific working knowledge of the RSM/QCM and Repair Station Forms.
- Proficient use of MS Word. Beginner use of MS Excel.
- Able to work unsupervised for extended periods.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Can Do Attitude – Highly motivated.
- Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Supervisory skills
- Ability to train
- FAA Inspection Authorization preferred
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position typically falls between $120,000 and $150,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, aircraft specific experience, relevant education/certifications and geographic location.
