We are looking for an experienced General Aviation Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of general aviation mechanics, repairs and maintenance procedures, and possess strong communication skills to work with customers and management team. Strong preference given to candidates with Cirrus or Helicopter Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on general aviation aircraft and helicopters
• Conduct inspections, repairs, and modifications in accordance with FAA regulations and applicable Maintenance Manuals
• Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft systems including: Engines, Electrical systems, Hydraulics, and Avionics (as applicable)
• Assist with major repairs and overhauls including engines, landing gear, and structural components
• Maintain accurate and complete maintenance records and logbook entries
• Work closely with pilots and management to ensure aircraft are airworthy and mission-ready
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License Required
• Extensive knowledge of general aviation maintenance and repair procedures
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work effectively with pilots, management, and fellow mechanics
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as operational needs require
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training or certifications preferred
