- Associate or Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an AS9100/ISO9001 manufacturing role, preferred
- Basic knowledge of composite material related manufacturing equipment and processes a plus
- Strong technical writing skills, the ability to communicate effectively with management, technical teams and all departments in the business
- Ability to lead from within the team and contribute independently with a strong work ethic, be innovative, detail oriented, possess initiative, be positive, and be people oriented
- Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel, ERP Software, PowerBI, or other relevant data mining software applications
- ASQ CQA certified or AS9100 lead auditor trained, with hands on implementation and assessment is a plus
- Able to demonstrate solid knowledge and application of root cause analysis tools for process improvements and corrective action effectiveness
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work in various physical conditions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of composites manufacturing processes
• Experience in aerospace-related manufacturing environment
• Certification as an AS9100 auditor
• Experience in customer facing Quality initiatives
• Familiarity and application of RCCA
• Familiarity and application of PFMEA

Hours of Operation:
Normal business hours: 7:00AM – 4:00PM; Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays as scheduled by leadership.
