* Pay Rate:$25.00 - $35.00 Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in composite and/or bonding in aerospace, MRO, or manufacturing environments.
* Experience with composite layups, including wet layup and prepreg.
* Experience with adhesive bonding techniques.
* Experience with vacuum bagging and curing processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical data, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
* Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment.
* Experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment.
* Knowledge of autoclave and oven cure cycles.
* Experience with honeycomb panel repair and re-core processes. Professional Attributes

* FAA Repairman Certificate or A&P License preferred.
* Familiarity with various pieces of ground support and test equipment. Job Duties & Functions
* Perform composite repairs, including layup, bonding, vacuum bagging, and curing of aircraft components.
* Execute hot bond repairs, structural bonding, and honeycomb or core repairs.
* Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and chemical treatment for bonding processes.
* Set up and operate curing equipment such as ovens and autoclaves.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, OEM manuals, and repair specifications.
* Perform trimming, finishing, and cosmetic work on composite structures.
* Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, AS9100, and internal quality procedures.
* Maintain documentation of work performed, materials used, and process parameters.
* Follow safety procedures, including PPE, hazardous material handling, and FOD control.
* Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to meet production goals. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Work performed in a shop environment with exposure to chemicals, dust, and noise.
* Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds.
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
