Qualifications & Experience:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
- 5–10 years of experience on corporate turbine aircraft required
- School-trained A&P preferred
- Inspection Authorization (IA) experience preferred
Fleet Experience Preferred (or Comparable Corporate Aircraft Experience):
Experience supporting one or more of the following aircraft types is strongly desired:
- Seven Bombardier Challenger 300 series
- Cessna Citation M2
- Cessna Citation CJ3
- Cessna Citation XL
- Beechcraft King Air 250
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience maintaining turbine-powered aircraft (jet and turboprop)
- Familiarity with FAA Part 91 and Part 135 maintenance requirements
- Working knowledge of MEL/CDL procedures, inspection programs, and operational release requirements
Ability to read and interpret technical data including:
- Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM)
- Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC)
- Wiring diagrams and system schematics
- Airworthiness Directives (ADs)
- Service Bulletins (SBs)
- Component life limitations and inspection requirements
