Boston Post Leasing is seeking a driven and attentive A&P Technician to support our private flight department of Falcon 2000LXS aircraft. The right person will eventually gain the role of Director of Maintenance. We provide a professional, safe, and well supported work environment in our own impeccable hangar.
Duties & Resposibilities:
- With minimal supervision, perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs up to advanced complexity on all aircraft systems.
- Possess effective troubleshooting skills to affect efficient repairs on airframe, engine, and avionics systems.
- Maintain aircraft records and sign-offs with timeliness and accuracy.
- Ensure that all work performed meets the highest degree of quality and adherence to CFR’s and OEM technical standards and specifications.
- Maintains and repairs facility ground support equipment.
- Flexibility to infrequently work any shift, holidays, and non scheduled days as needed to ensure aircraft availability.
