Aviation Search Group has partnered with well-known and growing Repair Station in Fort Worth, TX to identify a Customer Service Manager (CSM). Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, the CSM will lead customer interaction for all Turboprop and Piston work from customer inquiry through final acceptance. This client has been in business for decades, has a great reputation in the industry, and is family oriented.
Candidates with excellent customer service skills and a Part 145 MRO background ideally with piston and turboprop aircraft. Will help oversee a department in a service center maintenance
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the maintenance process.
- Work a 7:30am-4:30pm M-F work schedule yet understand that you could receive a client call after hours or a weekend.
- Provide technical updates on work progress, modifications, and findings on aircraft in real time.
- Make process simple and frictionless as possible for customers.
- Answer technical questions regarding client’s aircraft.
- Communicate scheduling, availability, and estimated completion times.
- Accurately develop service quotes effectively and get work approval prior to beginning the work.
- Partner with the maintenance lead to build and update work orders and maintain work schedules for their department. Contribute to the sales process, primarily nurturing inbound and pre-existing clients.
