Job Title: Assembly Technician - Defense
Job Description
Join a dynamic team to perform sheet metal and composite assembly for the production of stealth aircraft, fighter jets, and military helicopters. You will engage in riveting, drilling, and countersinking tasks to install components and fasteners for the fuselage while ensuring the sealing of aircraft structures and components. Your role will also involve self-inspecting components and assemblies, including frames and skins, and performing rework when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform sheet metal and composite assembly for military aircraft production.
- Complete riveting, drilling, and countersinking tasks to install components and fasteners.
- Seal aircraft structures and components effectively.
- Self-inspect components and assemblies for quality assurance and perform rework when needed.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in aircraft structures.
- Proficiency in sheet metal and composite drilling.
- Active Secret Clearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with electrical, fuel, and hydraulics systems is ideal.
- Experience in sealing and fuel cell operations.
- Sheet metal repair capabilities.
- Flexibility on work shifts, primarily 1st or 2nd, and willingness to work mandatory the person, including some weekends.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
