Job Description

This position involves disassembling aircraft hydraulic components for cleaning and inspection. The role requires the ability to read and understand work orders, maintenance manuals, and drawings, as well as utilizing computers and precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble parts for cleaning and inspection.
• Read and comprehend work orders, travelers, maintenance manuals, and technical drawings.
• Utilize hand assembly and test tools, as well as precision measuring equipment.
• Wear a respirator while performing work tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders.
• Take direction from supervisors regarding daily tasks.
• Report any errors in work to the department lead.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and understand instructions such as work orders and manuals.
• Experience in utilizing computers for reading manuals and maintenance documents.
• Proficiency in using hand assembly tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Experience in a FAA repair station.

The work environment is within a FAA repair station specializing in commercial aircraft hydraulic component maintenance. Employees must be able to wear a respirator and follow safety protocols. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burbank, California.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
