⚡ About the RoleJoin a specialized team building mission‑critical electrical systems for marine and defense applications. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you’ll assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot high‑reliability PDUs and control panels that must meet stringent marine electrical standards, MIL‑spec requirements, and internal quality benchmarks. This is hands‑on, precision‑driven work where craftsmanship truly matters.
🔧 Systems You’ll Work OnYou’ll gain exposure to a wide range of advanced electrical systems, including:
- 60 Hz / 400 Hz / DC distribution panels (MIL‑DTL‑23928)
- 450V low‑voltage switchboards & load centers
- 4160V medium‑voltage SCADA & protective‑relaying switchboards
- High‑capacity DC switchboards (up to 900VDC 6000A)
Specifications:
- MIL‑DTL‑16036 switchboards & load centers
- Shock‑isolated COTS units meeting MIL‑DTL‑16036 performance

📌 What You’ll Do- Build electrical panels, PDUs, and control cabinets from drawings and schematics
- Route, terminate, and label wiring and harnesses
- Install breakers, relays, contactors, busbars, and fuses
- Perform crimping, soldering, ferruling, and cable dressing
- Verify components meet design and MIL‑spec requirements
- Support quality inspections and assist with troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering to improve designs and processes
🎯 What You Bring- Hands‑on experience with wire routing, termination, and panel assembly
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Familiarity with marine or industrial electrical standards
- Proficiency with hand tools, crimpers, meters, and torque tools
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
