We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Assembly Technician to join our onsite manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble, wire, and modify electrical control panels and enclosures while ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and UL standards. Essential ResponsibilitiesAssemble electrical and mechanical components onto panels and into enclosures following mechanical layouts and assembly drawings with zero deficiencies.
Wire components according to electrical schematics, predefined guidelines, and established work standards.
Perform minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures, including cutting, drilling, and tapping.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with UL 508A standards.
Qualifications / RequirementsAssociate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline or a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
Solid knowledge of electrical panel assembly and wiring.
Working knowledge of UL 508A standards.
Willingness to learn new products, tools, and processes.
Preferred Qualifications2+ years of manufacturing, electrical assembly, or wiring experience.
Hands-on experience assembling and wiring control panels.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Familiarity with AC and DC drives, variable frequency drives (VFDs), motor exciters, remote I/O stations, and operator interface stations.

Pay Details: $27.69 per hour
