Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: Training on First Shift: Monday Thursday, 6 AM 4:30 PM EST (6 8 weeks). Then transition to Second Shift for remainder of contract.

Summary:
Performs a range of production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Works from diagrams and drawings, using hand and power tools, jigs, and saws.
Conducts continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies.
May perform quality inspections on the production line and disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies under simulated conditions.
Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies, including wiring of assemblies and subassemblies.
Perform skilled soldering operations on micro and sub-miniature components.
Support manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assemblies.
Operate equipment such as laser wire strippers and coax wire processing tools.
Assemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assemblies.
Follow diagrams, schematics, drawings, and operations sheets.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related production work.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
