Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a number of Electronic Assembly & Test Technicians to join our growing Operations team based at our Bishops Cleeve site.

The Role
As an Electronic Assembly Technician, you’ll be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting a range of electronic products and final unit instruments. Working from detailed documentation and using the appropriate tools and procedures, you’ll ensure each product meets the highest quality standards—supporting smooth progression through inspection and release.
About You
You bring hands-on experience working with electronic products in a manufacturing environment and are confident interpreting schematic drawings, specifications, work orders, and technical documentation. Your attention to detail and steady hand give you the dexterity needed to work precisely and efficiently.
Youre comfortable using computers, navigating production systems, and following structured processes. You thrive in deadline-driven environments, take pride in meeting performance targets, and are always looking for ways to improve.
Most importantly, you have a passion for continuous improvement, lean methodologies, and your own personal development—you’re always eager to learn and grow.
