Your Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Leadership or Aircraft related field preferred.
Holds a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
Aircraft specific factory training required.
Your Experience:
10+ years in Aircraft Maintenance, with management experience in building and leading world-class operations and organizations.
Working knowledge of Corridor, Cost Accounting Management, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and similar type desktop software applications.
Attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, along with budget and forecasting experience.
Experience with various models of aircraft.
LEAN, Six Sigma and 5S experience preferred.

Supervision
Will work with minimal supervision of General Manager.
Direct supervision of Team Leads and technicians.
Working Conditions
This work will be accomplished in both a hangar environment and office environment.
Varied positions in and around the aircraft.
Equipment Used
Computer operating with Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Corridor (work orders) and scheduling programs.
Desk phone and cell phone and other office equipment.
Compensation & Benefit Information
The following information is disclosed according to state specific requirements. If the position applied to is not in a state with these requirements, the following information may not apply. The salary range for this position generally ranges between $130,000 - $160,000. Actual rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package. Other forms of compensation include a semi-annual discretionary bonus, as well as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation time.
