Role PurposeEnsuring the effective implementation and maintenance of Safety Compliance/Quality Assurance audit being executed according to the annual plan and any other functions which is relevant to Compliance.
Key AccountabilitySupport and perform Compliance Oversight Audits as per CSO Compliance Yearly Audit Program to ensure MAB Departments, MAB Subsidiaries & External Services Provider in compliance and conformance to regulations, company procedures and best practices.Responsible to update CSIS system in terms of its implementation, maintenance, performance and user support of Safety & Compliance/Quality Audit function in order to meet the company requirement.Responsible for production of monthly Compliance/QA performance in order to be submitted to Manager Compliance & Quality Assurance in timely basis for the management reports.Facilitate as Audit and QA training facilitator in the delivery of related training in order to meet the company requirement.To ensure all Compliance documentations and record filings are up to date to ensure effective record keeping.Facilitate as SRAC facilitator in the delivery of operational risk management in order to meet the company requirement.Facilitate as coordinator in the delivery of management reports for management review.Facilitate as coordinator in the closure of audit reports, SMS performance indicator for management review.Qualifications & Working ExperienceDegree in any relevant field with 1-2 years experience in Auditing or Operational areas.
Skills & KnowledgeGood planning, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills; Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills.Ability to communicate and speak with confidence with all levels of stakeholders; Meticulous and having report writing skill.IT competency, flexible and able to work independently on tight deadlines.Good team player.Key ChallengesAssisting high quality auditing and identifying non-conformity root causes and ensuring effective corrective / preventive actions.Assisting organizations effort in establishing trained and competent auditors including encouraging usage of data base and CSIS during compliance audits.Assisting the organization effort in Safety Management System (SMS) implementation through updated policies and procedures and successful of IOSA Renewal.
