About the Role:
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an Experienced A&P Technician to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and servicing customer aircraft. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance tasks—often working directly with clients to deliver solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer aircraft.
- Interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding aircraft status.
- Ensure proper inventory and control of your own tools.
- Obtain Ground Support Equipment qualifications as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on aircraft (fixed wing, rotary, or military)
- TN Visa holders: 5 years’ experience required
- Business aircraft experience (Preferred)
- Ability to work overtime, holidays, and in inclement weather
- Basic PC skills
- Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge (if applicable)
- Must own a basic set of hand tools
