Job Summary

We are seeking experienced F-16 Sheet Metal Technicians to support maintenance, repair, modification, and inspection activities on F-16 aircraft. This position plays a critical role in ensuring aircraft are maintained in an airworthy and mission-ready condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural repairs, modifications, and sheet metal work on F-16 aircraft
• Remove, replace, and fabricate aircraft structural components
• Read and interpret technical orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics
• Perform inspections and maintenance in both line and heavy maintenance environments
• Utilize precision measuring tools to determine component serviceability
• Complete maintenance documentation and work reports accurately
• Follow all safety, FOD, quality, and company procedures
• Support troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities

• Minimum 5 years of direct F-16 structural or sheet metal maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, repairs, and fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
