To perform, supervise, and inspect maintenance, servicing, and repair of F-16 aircraft to ensure operational readiness and compliance with technical and safety standards. The role supports the UAE Air Force operations by maintaining aircraft to mission-ready status at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and servicing of F-16 aircraft systems (airframe, powerplant, hydraulics, landing gear, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and rectify aircraft discrepancies in accordance with approved technical manuals and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct pre-flight, thru-flight, and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
• Assist in launching, recovering, towing, and ground-handling of aircraft.
• Record and document maintenance activities accurately in aircraft logbooks and maintenance systems (e.g., CAMS/IMDS).
• Use ground support equipment (GSE) effectively and perform serviceability checks.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality assurance teams for technical issues and modifications.
• Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum Education: Diploma / Technical Certification in Aircraft Maintenance or related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience on F-16 aircraft maintenance (Block 60 experience preferred).
  • Proven hands-on experience as Crew Chief / Aircraft Technician on F-16 platform.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • In-depth knowledge of F-16 airframe systems, general maintenance procedures, and related ground equipment.
  • Familiarity with Technical Orders (TOs), Maintenance Information Systems, and Quality Control practices.
