Nickerson Talent Solutions is seeking experienced F-16 Crew Chiefs and Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to support operational fighter aircraft maintenance programs in Arizona.

We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on flightline maintenance experience supporting F-16 aircraft in military or defense aviation environments.
Compensation
- $34–$48/hr depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
- Perform daily flightline and organizational-level maintenance on F-16 aircraft
- Serve as Crew Chief responsible for aircraft status, servicing, and mission readiness
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft systems and components
- Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
- Conduct aircraft launch, recovery, and turnaround operations
- Maintain strict FOD prevention and tool accountability procedures
- Complete maintenance documentation in accordance with technical orders and company procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- F-16 maintenance experience strongly preferred
- USAF 5-Level experience preferred
- Fighter aircraft flightline maintenance background
- Experience supporting operational or heavy maintenance environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Work Environment
- Outdoor flightline environment
- Exposure to aircraft noise, weather, and maintenance operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Domestic and international travel may be required
