We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal / Structures Technician to support aircraft modification and production assembly programs. This role involves planning, layout, fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of internal and external aircraft structures in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.

• 8+ years of recent experience in Aircraft Sheet Metal, Structures, or Production Structures/Assembly
• Strong experience with heavy drilling and precision drilling
• Aircraft production and assembly experience required
• Must be able to provide proof of United States Citizenship
• Must possess a valid United States Driver’s License
• Must be able to work any shift
• Position begins on 1st shift for training, then transitions to assigned shift based on program needs

JOB DUTIES

• Perform high-quality structural assembly and modification work in a production environment
• Manage change and adapt to new processes, tools, and techniques
• Work in fracture-critical and damage-tolerant structural areas
• Perform work involving Outside Mold Line (OML) surfaces
• Support in-flight opening door hinge lines and major component mate features
• Work with interchangeable/replaceable hole patterns and edge of part (EOP) requirements
• Follow production build controls and engineering documentation

• 8+ years of recent aircraft structural modification or heavy structures overhaul experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals, including symbols, flags, and general notes
• Ability to identify aircraft locations using station, butt-line, and waterline references
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in environments with limited standardization
• Ability to perform multiple structural skill sets
• Willingness to be trained and certified in specialized skills as required
• Must be able to start on-site in Greenville, SC on January 12, 2026 with all required documents completed

TRAINING

• 3-week training period on 1st shift
• Training is designed to prepare candidates for the drilling test
• Post-training drilling test consists of drilling 80 rivets

SHIFT AVAILABILITY

Candidates must be able to work 2nd or Weekend shift after training.

2nd Shift

• 4 x 10 schedule
• Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Weekend Shift

• 4 x 10 schedule
• Thursday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Off Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
