Description:Join our Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) team at Edwards AFB, CA as the F-35 Field Logistics Support Representative (FSR). The selected candidate will be expected to provide temporary deployment support, staffing coverage, and customer training as needed with expected travel greater than 50 of year to various domestic and international deployment sites. Must have strong project management and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced and fluid environment. As the Field Logistics Support Representative, the selected candidate will serve as the main supply chain logistics liaison for our F-35 internal and external customers and our strategic partners.

The selected candidate will function as the Lockheed Martin subject matter expert for warehouse inventory management, and will be responsible for briefing senior-level management on key performance indicators and supply chain metrics. Must have strong project management and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice. Combined travel time could be >50 per year.
• Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPS) support and coordination with Operation Support (OPS) Center / Expedite Processing
• Analyze and resolve customer-raised Supply Chain Management (SCM) sustainment issues
• Leading root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with Import/Export shipments
• Assist the customer with Part Number and/or National Stock Number clarification
• Assist the customer with identifying and processing Hazmat, Shelf Life, Electronic Sensitive Devices/Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) identification, and organizational refusals
• Material survey support and non-conformance/ quarantine issues.
• Respond to priority customer requests required for mission support, to include after-hours support
• Assist customer with following proper inventory accuracy requirements
• Provide training and support to the customer for supply related topics
• Conduct regular meetings with customer supply and maintenance teams to gather feedback and drive resolution on customer concerns.
• The position is co-located with the customer, so the ability to work within a team environment is critical to success.
• Applicant selected for hire will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting and must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• Experience with F-35 Supply Chain Management Logistics processes and procedures.
• Experience with Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPS) support and Component repair cycle management.
• Experience supporting Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with data analysis and metrics development.

• Experience with Logistics Information System (ALIS) supply module.
• Field Service Rep. experience with Import/Export customs experience
• Certified in HazMat Shipping (CFR-49 and IATA).

• Understands Off Station Notification process to support Pack-Up Kit (PUK) modeling for F-35 customer Deployments.
• Experience working with USN and Foreign Partner supply customers.
• Can operate in high paced dynamic environment.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact and brief senior customer supply and maintenance leadership.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $86,700 - $166,300 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $99,800 - $187,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
