- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in aircraft component repair and overhaul, or equivalent training
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with constant alertness
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Part 145 Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO)
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (preferred, not required)
- Training in Airframe & Powerplant with emphasis on Structures and Composites
- Experience with turboprop aircraft
- Hydraulic systems experience
- Aircraft parts painting experience
Work Environment & Expectations
- Safety-sensitive role requiring adherence to all FAA and OSHA regulations
- Regular attendance required per company policy
- Ability to follow safety procedures related to chemicals, engines, propellers, fall protection, and PPE
