- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Training in Airframe and Powerplant with emphasis on Structures and Composites
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in general aviation maintenance
- Prior avionics experience preferred
- Familiarity with turboprop aircraft is a plus
Licensure / Certifications
- Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certification
Communication Skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Travel
- Limited potential for domestic and international travel
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, squat/kneel for extended periods
- Manual dexterity and ability to work in confined spaces
- Adequate vision and hearing to safely perform maintenance tasks
