About the RoleJob Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-month contract)
Location: Kennedy Space Center, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30.92 – $43.30 per hour

What Youll DoDepending on your specialization, youll be involved in:
Orbital Tube Welding: Set up and perform certified orbital tube welding for critical aerospace components
Tube Installation: Install and fabricate aerospace-grade tubing and components with precision
Fabricate and assemble sheet metal, extrusions, and composite materials
Assemble precision mechanical and electromechanical components
Perform soldering for electronic and avionics components
Support corrosion protection through organic chemical conversion and coating application
Prepare and install wire harnesses and test article assemblies
Who Were Looking ForOrbital Tube Welders (2 openings):Must have current orbital tube weld certification
Strong experience with tube installation (preferred)
Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing is a plus
Tube Installers (4 openings):Must have direct experience installing aerospace-grade tubing
Familiarity with orbital tube welding is a plus
NASA-related project experience is highly desirable
Additional RequirementsMust obtain a NASA certification post-start
Must be able to work with high precision, follow detailed instructions, and adhere to strict safety protocols
Excellent attention to detail and quality control is essential

Pay Details: $30.92 to $43.30 per hour
